USGS Utah Water Science Center: Great Salt Lake

USGS Utah Water Science Center: Great Salt Lake: " Adult shrimp feed primarily on phytoplankton (algae) suspended in the water but can also "graze" on benthic algae such as blue-greens or diatoms growing on the bottom of Great Salt Lake in shallow areas. They also may reprocess fecal pellets excreted earlier in the year when large numbers of phytoplankton present in their diet were incompletely processed. A recent study showed that the shrimp can graze on diatoms that colonize shrimp exoskeleton parts released from their many molts. As the food supply becomes exhausted, salinity increases, dissolved oxygen decreases, or a combination of these conditions occurs, the female shrimp switch from producing live young to producing cysts through oviparous reproduction"

USGS Utah Water Science Center: Great Salt Lake: "decreasing dissolved oxygen, fertilized female shrimp may produce eggs that hatch soon after emerging from the ovisac to produce nauplius larvae, which is known as ovoviparous reproduction. If conditions are perfect, the female can live as long as 3 months and produce as many as 300 live nauplii or cysts every 4 days. However, the cold spring-time temperatures and variable food supply in Great Salt Lake usually limit the population to two or three generations per year."

USGS Utah Water Science Center: Great Salt Lake: "Depending on the water temperature, the larvae remain in this stage for about 12 hours, subsisting on yolk reserves before molting to the second nauplius stage, which feeds on small algal cells and detritus using hair-like structures on the antennae known as setae.

Although the cysts are very small (about 200 micrometers in diameter; 50 could fit on the head of a pin) at times they become so numerous that they form large red-brown streaks on the surface of the lake. Under optimum conditions of food supply and lack of stress from increasing salinity or decreasing dissolved oxygen, fertilized female shrimp may produce eggs that hatch soon after emerging from the ovisac to produce nauplius larvae, which is known as ovoviparous reproduction."

Hall Of Shame.US - group at My World Of Work

Hall Of Shame.US - group at My World Of Work: " there are rules, and there are exceptions to the rules. Here is one such company formally nominated to the Hall of Shame.US:

http://directlinecruises.com/

This company simply put profits before people, and when I went out of my way, to request assistance (and it was not even my money, or a cruise that I was going on) all with reasonable requests, the customer service person said that they are not "making any money" on this cruise based on the number of conversations they have notated.

When I was merely being assertive and requesting that the company "compromise on it's policy" the representative simply said, that they can't do this for everyone. Later to someone else they spoken, they even had the nerve to "call me rude" when I was politely yet assertively, requesting to speak to a supervisor. "

Chanukah draws its power from a place far beyond our conception, infusing us with such great hope, despite our inability to see the “light at the end of the tunnel.” This gives us a point of faith from which to draw, infusing us with a spirit of life. The light of Chanukah is a completely different type of light, since its source is higher than the seven days of creation. "

This behaviour is typical of most post slders. (frontpage slideshow plugin, ect.) If nothing happens when you click the slider image, then you have an issue.
If users are confused you may want to put a message near the slider "Please click slider image to view article" or something like that."

WordPress › Support » [Theme: Custom Community] slideshow feature - right buttons not linking to posts: "If you click on any of the 4, it just brings it up in the slideshow, nothing more. I would rather much have it linked to the content of the post.

Because of how it is right now, everybody keeps telling me that I have a problem with the website...my links do not work properly ! and it is very frustrating.

My website is http://www.smackthechicken.com

Is there any way I could make those titles link with the posts???

I would very much appreciate...

Plot Summary of The Seagull by Anton Chekhov - Synopsis of Act Four - The Seagull: "he seagull that Konstantin shot long ago has been stuffed and mounted, just as Trigorin wished. However, the novelist has no recollection of making such a request.

Konstantin returns to work on his writing. The others leave to dine in the next room. Nina enters through the garden. Konstantin is surprised and happy to see her. Nina has changed much. She has become thinner; her eyes seem wild. She deliriously reflects about becoming an actress. And yet she claims, “Life is shabby.”"

The Creative SEO:  The creative one needs to be good at link baits. He has got to have a knack of social media and viral marketing. Creative SEO is probably the most valuable asset for an SEO team because these days SEO requires more and more “out of the box” thinking.

The Link Building SEO: As the name suggests, you have got to train them on certain tools and software programs that they can use for link building, while also honing their research and communication skills.""

Killing AppleVNCServer with an...: Apple Support Communities: "Hi, I have a mac at home that I regularly access with VNC from work. AppleVNCServer has a habit of hanging every few days in between sessions. Sometimes if I'm lucky I can get in with logmein and kill the process, but logmein is really flaky from my connection at work for some reason so I can't rely on it. I want to set up a folder within Dropbox using folder actions that will run a script when I drop a file in it. I then want that script to kill the AppleVNCServer process."
